Christopher Strong is a producer, writer, and director whose passion for storytelling began in high school and has only grown stronger over the years. He first pursued his studies at Tarrant County College, earning an Associates of Applied Science in Radio, Television, and Film. He then went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Wilmington University.
Chris’ search for a team of like-minded individuals eventually led him to Tyler, where their creative chemistry became the foundation for Illumination Cinema. Since co-founding the company, Chris has taken on a wide range of production roles, working across genres and contributing to the group’s reputation for creating unique independent films.
In 2025, he directed his first feature film, A COMPLEX HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES, marking a major step in his career as a filmmaker and storyteller.
