Three Premieres in November!

Hey everyone!

Yet again we found ourselves in a string of months with non-stop updates that piled up until we reached this point. This might be one of the most exciting months we've had yet and you're about to see why.

A COMPLEX HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES
Here it comes, folks! This the first feature film by Christopher Strong and our first documentary film as a studio. That said, there was a lot to learn when it came to making and releasing a documentary. We explored a lot of options throughout the year and we may still follow up on a few of them, but we've come to the decision to release this film online for free. A big inspiration for the doc was talking about parts of American history that get glossed over in public schools. Therefore we think it should be readily available for interested audiences.

PRELIMINAL REFRAMING
We previously announced when we finished work on this new short film written and directed by Jillian Elaine. It takes a while to start hearing back from festivals, but we finally know where we will be premiering. Our friends Patrick Poe and Lolo Loren (who you may know from PERSONAL HISTORY and DEATH IN LAVENDER) have their own monthly film festival in Kansas City, MO called the Bird Watching Film Festival. We've had many shorts screen there over the years. However, this year their ever growing festival is launching a three day event featuring multiple venues and features! We feel really lucky to have our new short premiere here. But there's even better news...

BRIMSTONE TERRACE
First of all, we completed production on our new animated feature! It's been a long three year process, but we're excited to show it off! Which we will be sooner than expected! Brimstone will also be screening at the Bird Watching Film Festival! We actually didn't expect to start hearing back from any festivals until early next year, but there was great interest expressed in having Brimstone submitted to the fest and we were lucky enough to get in as close to last minute as one can.
We just received word that our films were accepted, so we still don't know the specific date or venue for either, but we will keep everyone updated as we find out!

As you can see, we have a lot of exciting things coming up this month, so stay tuned!
