BETH CHRISTINE Art Director / Associate Producer / Staff Writer
Beth Christine is a director and writer. Originally from Oklahoma, at the age of 10, Beth was inspired by many of the cartoons she saw and wanted to become an animator.
Beth joined Illumination Cinema in late 2016, being recognized for her innate artist talent and sense of design. She was very quickly given the opportunity to write and direct her debut short film, ANOTHER DAY COLDER, which became one of the studio's favorite projects and screened at several film festivals. She also took on the task of illustrating the company's first comic book mini-series, doing the first three issues of A SCRIPT CALLED MISERY.
Beth's main role in the studio was serving as Art Director / Production Designer for most of the films produced in her time there (most notably, the feature film, LEFT HOOK) and frequently assisted with designs, storyboards and animation.
